Read Before Join Membership

• After placing the order, OfficialRentalPanel.com does not issue refunds.
• Invoices are sent at the end of the month. If payment is not made within 3 days, your panel will be deleted along with its data.
• If your panel is active with us, you cannot request data in between. Your data will be provided only after the panel is closed.
• When your panel is closed, whether by us or by you, your data will be sent to your email within 24 hours.
• We provide only the default site. We do not perform any edits or customizations. Any additional features or modifications will in separate charges.

Membership

• Age Requirement: To use this service you must be at least 18 years old or recognized under applicable law as being able to form legally binding agreements.
• Registration: To fully use our service, you must register as a member by providing complete and accurate full name, password, and email address. You are not allowed to use someone else’s name or a name that violates any third-party rights.
• Emails: Primary means of communication will be through emails. We may use your email to notify you about updates, new releases, and changes to your account status. We encourage you to read our emails carefully.
• Account Security: You must safeguard the confidentiality of your access credentials and are responsible for all activities under your account. If unauthorized access occurs, change your password and notify us immediately.

User Safety Policy

Before joining the membership, you must agree to the following user safety rules:

Account Ownership

• If you are signing up on behalf of your employer, the account owner is your employer. You warrant that you have the authority to bind your employer to these Terms.
• You can transfer your account to a third party. Inform us and update account information accordingly. Once transferred, you cannot claim ownership rights for the account.
• OfficialRentalPanel.com reserves the right to determine the rightful account owner in case of disputes. If we cannot determine the rightful owner, we may terminate the account until resolution is found.

Billing and Payment Information

• Payments: All Services are prepaid and will not begin until full payment is received. OfficialRentalPanel.com does not issue refunds after start the Panel.
• Invoice Monthly: You have three (3) days to dispute any charge. Contact our support department for assistance.

Our System Updates

We reserve the right to update the system, including adding or removing functionalities. We are not responsible for bugs or issues in updated versions. Restoration of modified code is your responsibility.

Other Conditions

• We reserve the right to terminate the Service at any time.
• Any verbal or written insult of OfficialRentalPanel.com members will result in immediate account termination.
• We reserve the right to remove content if deemed unlawful, offensive, or violating third-party copyrights.

Prohibited Activities

• Don't Sell Sexual content mixed services
• Don't Publish content that is unlawful, offensive, or violates intellectual property rights.
• Compromise the security of the Service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

This Service is provided as is without warranties. OfficialRentalPanel.com does not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or be error-free. You are responsible for selecting the Service to meet your needs.

Limitation of Liability

OfficialRentalPanel.com is not liable for indirect, special, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages. Your only remedy is to stop using the Service.

Copyrights

OfficialRentalPanel.
com supports intellectual property rights. Uploading content that infringes copyrights is prohibited. Repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated.

This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all other communications.
